Administrative team meetings will be scheduled to minimize the amount of time administrators are absent from their buildings. Alternatives to day time meetings include, but are not limited to the following:


  1. Meetings after school or before school beings.
  2. Conference Call Meetings.
  3. Meetings on days when students and teachers are not present.
  4. Web Conferencing.


The Superintendent shall be informed when building principals will be absent from their buildings at any time.
