The Board requires the Superintendent/designee to review the property of the corporation periodically and to dispose of that material and equipment which is no longer useful in fulfilling our mission of educating children.


Review of property shall include instructional material (excluding textbooks) and equipment. Property that does not support the current goals of curriculum, worn beyond salvage, or obsolete, is fit for auction, donation to appropriate parties or proper waste disposal.


The Corporation will follow all applicable State and Federal laws and guidelines.

Disposal of Textbooks


The Superintendent/designee is directed to follow applicable Indiana statutes regarding obsolete textbooks.
