Establishment of Corporation and Board Goals

The Board will establish long and short-term corporation goals in January of each year and monitor on an ongoing basis. Corporation goals are designed to meet identified needs and priorities of the district. A formative and summative review of progress is required.
Board goals will be established in March/April after completing a self –evaluation. These goals are designed to improve the board’s performance as a public entity.
