0180 Self-Assessment
The Board believes it is essential that it evaluate its performance periodically in order to determine its own performance and be better able to serve as the public body ultimately charged with the educational responsibilities of the Corporation.
In order to achieve this goal, individual Board members will complete the “Process of Self-Assessment”, for a School Board as published by the Indiana School Boards Leadership Education Corporation or an appropriate assessment as selected by the Board, annually. Completed forms shall be filed with the Board President by the first Board meeting in March. From this self-evaluation process, the Board will establish goals (March/April).
