The Board declares it to be the policy of this Corporation to provide an equal opportunity for all students to learn through the curriculum offered in this Corporation regardless of race, color, creed, disability, religion, sex, sexual orientation, ancestry, national origin, social or economic background or place of residences within the boundaries of the Corporation.
In order to achieve this goal, the Board directs the Superintendent to administer the curricula content, staff training, student access, Corporation support and student evaluation in a non-discriminatory basis.
The Superintendent shall appoint a compliance officer whose responsibility it will be to ensure that Federal and State regulations are complied with and that any complaints are dealt with promptly in accordance with law.
