The Board may conduct a summer program of academic instruction for resident students of this Corporation and such other students as space may permit.
The Board may annually approve a summer school program. In order to support such a program of summer instruction, the Board will:
A. employ certified teaching and administrative staff;
B. make available school facilities as required;
C. provide necessary custodial services.
Tuition fees shall not be charged to students living within the Corporation.
Tuition shall be charged for nonresident students at rates as determined by the Board.
Instructional fees, fees established to purchase dispensable supplies and materials, may be charged to all students, when necessary.
The Board accepts responsibility for transportation for the following:
A. disabled/disadvantaged students, if the Case Conference so determines;
B. resident students required by Indiana law to be in summer school.
