The Marion Giants girls basketball program invites all Marion 3rd and 4th grade girls to a skills camp! Sessions will be held on several Sundays throughout March and April.

Marion Community Schools was informed Friday, Jan. 29, that a student who was last at Justice Intermediate School on Thursday, Jan. 28, has been diagnosed as COVID-19 positive.

Marion Community Schools was informed Wednesday, Jan. 20, that a staffer who was last at Marion High School on Friday, Jan. 15, has been diagnosed as COVID-19 positive. In connection with this case, there were no school related closed contacts identified.
In addition, a staffer who was last at McCulloch Junior High School on Friday, Jan. 15, has been diagnosed as COVID-19 positive. In connection with this case, there were no school related closed contacts identified.
Marion Community Schools was informed Saturday, Jan. 16, that a staffer who was last at Frances Slocum Elementary School on Friday, Jan. 15, has been diagnosed as COVID-19 positive. In connection with this case, there were no school related closed contacts identified.
All Marion Community Schools students in grades 5 through 8 are welcome to join Coach Jorge Berry, Marion High School varsity boys soccer, for Soccer Saturdays for the next six weeks.
These open soccer sessions will take place from 10:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. on Saturdays, Jan. 16 through Feb. 20, at the Justice Intermediate School gym. Participants should bring gym shoes, a water bottle, and a mask.
