UPDATE: Let there be light ... and phones!

Shortly before 1 p.m., power and phone service was restored at Kendall Elementary.

Kendall parents, please note: Our phones are currently out at Kendall, as is our power. The students are doing GREAT! School by window light is today's adventure.

At this point we do NOT plan to dismiss early. Our lunch is proceeding on regular schedule. We will modify other activities as needed.

The district office is ready to take your calls if you need to reach us. Call 662-2546.

On the last day of this month, our third grade and fourth grade students will begin the ISTEP+ testing period.

Then, in mid-March, our third grade students will take the IREAD3 test.

Parents with third- and fourth-graders, please mark the dates below on your calendar. Attendance and attitude are important every day of the school year, but it is crucial that they are here on time and ready to work every day during these assessment periods. Appointments that will remove children from school on these days should be avoided if at all possible.
