Giant Opportunity: Marion students are world-class in AP

Did you know that Marion High School offers more than 40 Advanced Placement classes?

AP classes are the equivalent of college-level classes, and students who pass the corresponding AP exams can earn college credit from the college they attend after high school. (Click here to learn more about AP classes and other early college opportunites at MHS.)

Marion High School students routinely outperform state and global passing rates on Advanced Placement exams.

Not only that, but every year several MHS earn AP Scholar honors for their excellence on multiple AP exams. We've even had students earn the highest award from AP, the National AP Scholar.

If you are looking for a rigorous course of study that will challenge you and prepare you well for college, it's no question that Marion High School is the place to be!
