MHS Online Library Resources

MHS Library Media Center: ONLINE RESOURCES

1. Search our Follett LIBRARY: E-books and Audio books available!

  • (look for the Destiny Read app on school iPads; sign in with Google, not Destiny)

  • Browse the catalog. If the book or audio book you want is only a tangible book or CD, visit the library on Tuesdays or Thursdays and a front-desk aide will retrieve it from the shelf for you to check out.

  • Watch this video: How to check out e-books!

2. LINK to Gale Resources: Research countless topics: articles, videos, audio, language translations, and works cited done for you!

  • Use the password: mhsgiants

  • Don't search the internet for research papers! Instead, use these factual articles that include works cited info!

  • You can highlight text and easily send to your Google drive without retyping!

3. TeachingBooks (PreK-12, for Educators)

  • One stop provides resources for books you are reading and teaching, including author and illustrator interviews, lesson plans, and other enrichment content.
