Nomination Form

We welcome community members’ nominations. Nominations must be in writing, and received in the office of the Superintendent. Nominations are accepted on a continuous basis. The deadline for consideration in the current year will be publicized once it has been set. Nominees stay on a list for consideration for a three-year period.

PLEASE NOTE: Supporting information such as letters of endorsement, news articles, and other documentation is strongly encouraged. Such documentation helps the induction committee make their decision. Nominations without supporting documentation may not be considered. Please also include a photo if available.  

Supporting documentation must be received by the nomination deadline. Email supporting documentation to Patricia Gibson at, or mail it to her at Office of the Superintendent, Marion Community Schools, 750 W. 26th St., Marion, IN 46953.
