Marion Adult Education to host graduation ceremony this week

Marion Adult Education will be celebrating their graduates at a special event this week. 

The graduation ceremony is set for 6:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 14, at the Marion Ivy Tech Conference Center, 261 Commerce Dr. 

High School Equivalency Diploma and Paraprofessional Certification graduates will be honored for their achievements at this ceremony, and will celebrate with friends and family during a reception immediately following.

Andrew Morrell, pastor of REAL Covenant Community Church, will be addressing the graduates and their guests and Marion Adult Education graduate Monica Rupert will be sharing her story with her fellow graduates and their guests.

More About Marion Adult Education 

Marion Adult Education offers free classes to Grant County and the surrounding communities. We serve adults and youths age 16 and older as they prepare for the High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED) test. We also offer a Paraprofessional Certification Training, ASVAB Prep Classes, and English Language Learners classes. 

We are located at 1240 S. Adams St., and are open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday. We are always accepting new students, and we work with students on an individual basis to set their class schedule and study plan.
