Nationally recognized bullying prevention program
Marion Community Schools WILL NOT TOLERATE BULLYING in any form. Bullying behavior toward a student, whether by other students, staff, or third parties, is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.
In 2017, Marion Community Schools' bullying prevention program was recognized by the School Safety Advocacy Council as a national exemplary program. We are proud of our team and our bullying prevention program! Out of about 40 nominees for this award, three winners were selected, and ours was the only school-based program recognized. The other honorees had a national scope. Click here to learn more about the award. Marion Community Schools was also featured on the U.S. Department of Justice's School Safety Info website.
