Indiana Wesleyan University

  • Summer Writing Camp: For incoming 9th- through 12th-graders, along with members of the Class of 2023; fees apply. Residential week-long camp June 25-30 that includes various creative writing workshop experiences, along with interaction with other Wildcat Summer Academy camps on IWU campus.   • Summer Nursing Camp: For incoming 9th- through 12th-graders, along with members of the Class of 2023; fees apply. Marion Community School of the Arts

The following MHS activities are open to all incoming 9th- through 12th-graders at MHS unless otherwise noted.

  • Marion Youth Football: Camps (K-6) and workouts (1-6). Click here for more information.
     

  • Summer tennis: Incoming 7th- through 12th-graders; Monday through Thursday, May 30 through July 28 (excluding July 3-7). Click fore more information
     

  • Summer girls basketball: For incoming 6th- through 12th-graders interested in playing on the MJH or MHS teams next year. Starts May 30. Click here for details.

Purdue University

  • Summer College for High School Students program, mix of online and on-campus offerings in June and July; on-campus classes carry college credit; there are also (non-credit) online courses.
     
  • Interested in studying business? Check out Purdue University's Business Opportunity Program (BOP) Future Scholars Camp for rising high school seniors. You must have a GPA of at least 3.3. There is no cost to attend for students who are selected! During this camp set for July 9 through 15, participants will discover career options related to functional areas of business, boost skill sets in leadership and teamwork, learn about Purdue's Krannert School of Management, and network with alumni. Attend the week-long camp and leave with new skills and knowledge that will impact your life for years to come.
