Please remember to make sure your student is up to date with all required immunizations, or have an appointment to do so! 

Failure to do so may result in interruption of your student's education. The state of Indiana can require schools to exclude students who are not properly immunized. Click here for more information from the Indiana Department of Health.

If you have questions, call your school building and ask to speak to the school nurse.
