Marion High School will be offering athletic physicals free to any Marion Community Schools student this spring.

Physicals will start on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 5:30 p.m. May 14, at the high school. Please park in the east lot off of 26th St., and enter at the main front door of the high school (Door 1).

Any current 4th- through 11th-grader who plans to participate in school sports in the 2025-26 school year must have physical forms on file with the school before the sports season begins.

Click here to print the required forms. Parent signature is required. We encourage those interested to have all but the physical form completed before arriving on May 14 — which will allow you to skip a portion of the line! However, if you cannot print and complete the forms ahead of time, we will have copies available onsite.

Please note: If this free physical opportunity does not fit into your schedule, we will have another opportunity in the summer before the start of the fall season.
