Congratulations to Marion High School wrestler Hickson Love, who is headed to state finals once again!
His third-place finish at the semi-state competition on Feb. 14 earned him a spot in the finals. He will compete at the 132 weight class in the first round on Feb. 20 at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum.
Session 1: Competition starts at 6 p.m. Feb. 20 for the 106-144 weight classes (preceded by the 150-285 classes, which start at 5 p.m.)
Session 2: Quarterfinals will start at 9 a.m. Feb. 21 for those who qualify, followed by semifinals.
Session 3: Consolation matches will start at 4:30 p.m. Feb. 21, and the final round of competition will start at 7:30 p.m.
Admission is $20 per session, or $40 all-session; reserved seating only. Presale is available only for all-session tickets via Ticketmaster here. Single-session tickets will be available online or at the door starting at 1 p.m. Feb. 20.
