Marion Community Schools is accepting sealed bids for the Walton Performing Arts Center Stage and Cove Lighting Renovation project at Marion High School, 750 W. 26th Street, Marion, Indiana. The project includes stage and alcove (cove) lighting replacement, control system upgrades, transformer replacement, and related electrical work.
Sealed bids must be delivered to Marion Community Schools District Office, 750 W. 26th Street, Door 22, Marion, IN 46953, no later than March 13, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. Electronic submissions will not be accepted.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on March 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST at the Walton Performing Arts Center. Attendance is strongly encouraged.
Marion Community Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Award is subject to Board approval.
